Paulo has been tattooing since 1993. He owned his own studio in Lisbon, Portugal for 20 years before joining Strange World. He and Brett go way back. Met at international conventions over 17 years ago. Good friends long before they worked together.

When he's not tattooing, he's doing CrossFit or spending time with his family in the mountains.
